OCA Workshop Cancellation and

Refund Policies

  1. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by contacting us here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before 48 hours. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel before the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the cancelled class with no credit to a future workshop.

  2. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% fee.

  3. If you wish to transfer your purchase to another eligible attendee, you may contact use and do so up to 24 hours before.

  4. In the unlikely event OAC must cancel a workshop, all registered attendee's will have restitution by selecting one of the following options:

    1. Full refund

    2. Workshop credit moved to same workshop at a new date (when available)

    3. Workshop purchase credit moved to a different workshop of their choice.

      1. This can be held for up to a year

      2. Should the new workshop cost more, the credit will reduce the cost by it’s full amount

      3. Should the new workshop cost less, the attendee will be refunded the difference
